The Covenants

Tellico Harbor Subdivision has in place covenants, which cover the planning, permitting and construction of homes within the Subdivision.  These covenants are in place to ensure that the quality of life and property values are maximized for all property owners.  The value of the homes is closely tied to these protective covenants and property purchasers understand that payment of dues and cooperation with Property Owners Association decisions and polices is a requirement concomitant with property purchase and ownership.  

Non-payment of such dues, fines, assessments and fees will cause a recorded lien to be placed against the defaulting member’s property.  The basis of the Covenants has long been “One lot = one monthly fee”, and this has been set at $15/month/lot up to this date.
